We start with a conversation about your space, goals, and budget. Richard will then visit your home to discuss all your options and take exact measurements. He will take into account and advise you of any local area or zone rules or restrictions that may be applicable.
You’ll then receive a formal, quotation pack with itemised pricing for any optional extras like gates, screening, or painting or cafe blinds, plus a copy of our Terms & Conditions, Acceptance of Quotation form and any other relevant brochures or information.
Step 2
Council application management
If you’d like to proceed, simply return your Acceptance form along with a small deposit (just 10%, capped at $1,000) to secure your committment to us.
We will then prepare the final plans, engineering specifications and handle the complete council application process, including all associated documentation and fees to obtain full Building and Planning Approval for your project.
Step 3
Building & completion
Once full building and planning approval is received in writing, we will call you to confirm colours and material choices and schedule a convenient date for delivery and installation to occur. A progress payment will be required on delivery of your materials.
Soon after delivery, our fully licensed carpenters will begin construction of your carport. Once building is complete, if you’ve selected the painting option, our professional painter will then complete the finish on site. Lastly, if café blinds are part of your package, our expert installers will fit them to complete your project.
Final payment is due on completion of your project.
