Step 1
Free measure, quote & custom design
We begin with a conversation about your requirements, your space, and budget. Richard, our designer and building supervisor will then visit your property bringing plenty of samples, ideas and a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He will take accurate measurements and provide you with a detailed quote, including drawings, site plan and itemised pricing for any optional extras or possible variations that you may have discussed.
Step 2
Council application handled for you
If you’d like to proceed, we will ask you to return your signed Acceptance of Quotation from and pay a Deposit (just 10% capped at $1,000) to secure your booking.
Once received, we will prepare the final drawings, site plans, engineering and manage the entire council approval process for you. This includes submitting your application, payment of fees and liaising with council officials and building certifiers as required to obtain full Building & Planning Approval for your project.
Step 3
Building & completion
As soon as Building & Planning Approval is granted, we will contact you to confirm final details like material and colour choices and co-ordinate suitable delivery and installation dates with you. A progress payment will be required upon delivery of your materials.
Soon after delivery, our fully licensed carpenters will then construct your pergola over the next few days. If you chose our professional painting option, the painter will come in after the building phase is complete; and finally, if included in your package, Café blinds will be installed last.
Your final balance is due on completion of your project, and your 10 year Structural Warranty will automatically commence.

How long does it take from the quote to build?
After your Acceptance of Quotation and deposit is received, we’ll initiate the council process, which typically takes around 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your project and your local council requirements. Once approved, we will schedule a date for delivery and installation of your project as soon as possible. The actual building process generally only takes a few days to a week or so, depending on size and complexity of the job.
Can I choose the roofing material?
Yes, you can choose from a range of roofing options including polycarbonate tinted or heat-reflective Laserlite, Colorbond steel, or even shade cloth for garden areas. We’ll help you choose the best option for your home and location.
Does the warranty cover your pergolas?
