Step 1
Free measure, quote & design consultation
We begin with a conversation about your requirements, your space, and budget. Richard will then visit your property to assess the site and take accurate measurements. He will bring plenty of samples, design ideas and a wealth of local knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your goals.
You will then receive a for formal quotation pack, including drawings, site plan and itemised pricing for any optional extras or variations you may have discussed. Also included will be our Terms & Conditions, Acceptance of Quotation form and any other relevant brochures and information.
Step 2
Council application handled for you
If you’d like to proceed, we will ask you to return your signed Acceptance of Quatotation form along with a deposit (just 10% capped at $1,000) to secure your booking.
Once received, we prepare the final drawings, site plans, engineering and manage the entire council approval process. This includes submitting your application, payment of fees and liaising with council officials and building certifiers as required.
Step 3
Building & completion
After Building and Planning Approval is received, we will contact you to confirm final details like material and colour choices and co-ordinate suitable delivery and installation dates. A progress payment will be required upon delivery of your materials.
Soon after delivery, our qualified carpenters will then construct your pergola over the next few days. If you chose our professional painting option, our painter will come in after the building phase is complete. And fianlly, if included in your package, Café blinds will be installed last.
Your final balance will be due upon completion of your project, and your 10 year Structural Warranty will automatically commence.
